This position will report to ownership and oversee all marketing and social media activities across both Memphis and Nashville locations. Marketing Assistants, Social Media Assistants and any Graphic Designers will report to this position. It's your job to ensure we never lose sight of "The Big Picture" and that the entire marketing team is meeting deadlines and executing daily and consistently. This position is here to ensure we're not asleep at the wheel when it comes to spending, budgets, planning, creativity and innovation. • Create and maintain marketing strategies 6-12 months in advance. Must take into account specific needs for each store location.
• Brainstorm fresh marketing ideas with ownership and creative team members
• Ensure that all marketing activities and digital/print assets are on-brand and are in-line with current seasonal style guides and in-store visuals
• Hire, lead and train marketing team
• Create and Maintain marketing budgets
• Ensure all marketing campaigns are effective by providing reports for each event or campaign
• Regularly audit and tweak any online advertising efforts
• Report quarterly ROI on all marketing activities
• Innovate and find new opportunities for our marketing efforts
