• Typically 9:30AM - 6PM (if working Full Time)
• Attend team meetings
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures
• Maintain a "Customers First" attitude and build customer relationships
• Ensure that store is open on time
• Build and maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products
• Ensure that sales goals are met
• Ensure that you understand and consistently follow all store procedures and policies
• Check and respond to all customer emails and voicemails immediately
• Ensure that stock areas are clean and orderly
