This position is accountable for all operations inside our warehouses in Memphis, as well as logistical and product-related operations involving our Nashville warehouse. You are responsible for all operations at warehouses, including but not limited to web fulfillment, inventory processing, storage and warehouse sales.

• Ensure warehouse is open and all personnel area accounted for on daily basis
• Ensure that all inventory is processed, distributed or stored efficiently
• Maintain and efficient and organized warehouse that we are proud to show to vendors, business associates and prospective team members
• Responsible for preparing warehouse for sales, rug shows, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining company vans
• Manage the efficient movement of inventory between Memphis and Nashville
• Hire and manage inventory processors and warehouse help

Some travel may be required to assist with Nashville operations
